Projektentwicklungsstipendium für Kunstschaffende aus dem Bereich Medienkunst und Experimentelle Medien. Das Artist-in-Residence-Programm der Stadt Salzburg vergibt in Kooperation mit subnet – Salzburger Plattform für Medienkunst und experimentelle Technologien ein einmonatiges Projektentwicklungsstipendium.

Zeitraum ist der 04. Mai – 28. Mai 2020.

Die Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Künstlerhaus Salzburg.

Geboten werden:

# Eine Atelierwohnung zur Projektentwicklung

# Ein Stipendium von 500,- Euro

# Freier Zugang zum subnetBÜRO und dessen Infrastruktur

# Möglichkeit in den Laboren und Werkstätten des Center for Human-Computer Interaction zu arbeiten.

Voraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft weitgehend stadtrelevant zu arbeiten.

Ziel ist es, ausgewählte Künstlerinnen über ein Residency-Stipendium hinaus zu fördern und in der Stadt zu verorten.

Das MedienKUNST: Residenz + Stipendium ist Teil des subnetAIR Jahresprogramms. Die Auswahl und Zuerkennung erfolgt durch die Abteilung Kultur, Bildung und Wissen der Stadt Salzburg im November auf Vorschlag der unabhängigen subnetAIR-Jury.

Residency + Grant

Salzburg Stadt +artist in residence program Stadt Salzburg + subnet

Project Development grant for artists from the field of media art and experimental media.

The Artist-in-Residence Program of Salzburg awards in cooperation with subnet – Salzburg platform for media art and experimental technologies a one-month project development grant.

Period: from May 4th until May 28th 2020.

The studio apartment is located in the Künstlerhaus Salzburg.

Context:

# A studio apartment for project development

# A grant of 500, – Euro

# Free access to subnetBÜRO and its infrastructure

# The possibility to access the laboratories and workshops of the Center for Human-Computer Interaction.

Prerequisite is a willingness to work with the context of the city of Salzburg.

The aim is to promote selected artists through a residency scholarship and also to locate in the city.

The Media Arts: Residence + scholarship is part of subnetAIR annual program. The selection and award made by the department of culture, education and knowledge of the city of Salzburg on a proposal of the independent subnetAIR jury. The decision will be communicated in November.
