The event is open to artists, students, and curious minds who want to talk about media, art, and process. Schmiede and subnet want to keep this conversation going in Salzburg, within our Smiths community and the subnet network, and open it to new people and impulses.
What is Open_Lab?
Open_Lab is a monthly online format by V2_ (Rotterdam): a supportive space to share a project in development, get feedback, meet new people, or just tune in. You can present your work or join as a guest. Developers may also find new projects that need their skills.
Why we’re doing this
Schmiede has been part of the V2_ Summer Sessions network for years. Now we want to bring that connection closer to home and with the support of subnet we’re adding a physical element to Open_Lab. As a first step we’ll gather at subnet, follow the session together, and use the time afterwards to talk face to face.
