It’s our pleasure to welcome our next subnetAIR:   Serendipitous Space: Alexandra Reichart and Matthias Krauß!
Tuesday, Sept 30th, they will present their project and talk about their work.

ABOUT:
Serendipitous Space: Alexandra Reichart and Matthias Krauß on their project:
„Luminous Touch is an interactive project that explores the concept of touch through two suits covered in joysticks, LED lights, and vibration motors.
Performers or audience members can use the suits to change the lights or sounds in the room, or the lights in one suit or the other. Because each suit is equipped with a large number of vibration motors, every touch is amplified by the motors. This lends itself to exploring our themes through the medium of performance.
The guiding questions of Luminous Touch are: How can we explore human touch in a new and different way? How can we experiment together with how to touch and get close to each other? How can we share experiences and immerse ourselves in each other’s sensations? How can we explore personal boundaries, consent, and the physicality of human
interaction?“

Serendipitous Space: Alexandra Reichart and Matthias Krauß form a artist duo, combining their diverse expertise to craft innovative artworks that merge technology, craft-based skills and performance elements. Their collaborative practice transcends traditional artistic boundaries, creating immersive installations that invite viewers to rethink their perceptions of art, technology, and interaction.
